DaggaDroom Grow Assistant Terms & Conditions

Ownership and branding

NOU-BOU INDUSTRIES (PTY) LTD is the owner and operator of DaggaDroom Grow Assistant and owns the app branding, trade dress, and related platform assets unless otherwise stated.

1. Use of the app

DaggaDroom Grow Assistant is a private record-keeping and workflow tool for plant, environment, cost, photo, and reminder management. You are responsible for how you use the software and for any data you enter into it.

2. Compliance

You must comply with the laws, regulations, and rules that apply in your location. DaggaDroom Grow Assistant does not grant legal rights, permits, or authorization to engage in any activity that is restricted where you live or operate.

3. Accuracy of records

Charts, alerts, estimated costs, reminders, and analytics depend on the data entered by the user or connected devices. DaggaDroom Grow Assistant does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any recommendation, target, or calculated value.

4. Hardware and third-party links

If you connect sensors, devices, weather feeds, or third-party resources, those services remain under their own terms and availability. DaggaDroom Grow Assistant is not responsible for outages, incorrect readings, or external content.

5. Support and orders

Support requests can be submitted inside the app or by email at support@noubou.co.za. Order-related queries can be sent to support@noubou.co.za.

6. Data responsibility

You are responsible for backups, exports, and operational continuity on your hosting environment, including cPanel, databases, and file storage.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
